Jon Lapham is a seasoned business development professional and co-founding partner at BeyondBrands, a consulting agency collective that spans various industries, including fashion, beauty, and food and beverage. With experience as VP of Sales and Marketing at I AM ENLIGHTENED CREATIONS, Jon managed all sales and marketing functions to enhance relationships with brokers, distributors, and retailers. Jon also established Chakra Balance LLC and owned Luxury Living Auto & Limo, in addition to serving as a Senior Business Sales Specialist at T-Mobile. Jon's academic background includes studies in Business Communications at Harvard Extension School and HACC, Central Pennsylvania's Community College.
