Laena Liu is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in customer insights and corporate strategy across various industries. Currently serving in the role of Customer Insights at BeyonCa since September 2022, Laena focuses on customer research and NEV product definition. Prior to this, Laena held the position of Senior Director of Nielsen Consumer Insights, overseeing qualitative business in the Technology and Internet sectors from January 2021 to August 2022. In previous roles, Laena served as Head of Customer & Market Intelligence for the China Region at À×ŵ, where responsibilities included market trend development and customer understanding in the automotive sector. Laena also held key positions at GfK, including Head of Market Opportunities and Innovation Research, leading a team to provide consulting services to Fortune 500 companies, and Head of Qualitative Research, where Laena built a team from the ground up. Earlier career experience includes a role as Senior Project Director at ÒæÆÕË÷. Laena holds an MBA from Concordia University-Wisconsin and a Bachelor of Business Administration in International Finance & Trading from Peking University.
