David Bernstein is a seasoned professional in the HR technology field, currently serving as Global VP of Partnerships & Alliances at Daxtra Technologies since May 2024. David holds multiple advisory roles, including positions on the Advisory Boards of HR Tech Alliances and Integral Recruiting Design, where strategic insights are provided to enhance talent acquisition technologies. David also leads the Taleo Community within the Oracle HCM Users Group and acts as a Strategic Advisor for Culturro, focusing on employee experience in remote and hybrid work environments. With a long-standing commitment to thought leadership, David is an Official Member and Contributor for the Forbes Human Resources Council and has held various advisory roles with Bevov, Inc., Technology Review Council, and Palo Alto University, where David teaches Introduction to HR Analytics. David Bernstein earned a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from the University of California, Berkeley (1983-1987).
