Zoe Louise Wheatley has significant experience in the automotive and vehicle management sectors, currently serving as a Breakdown & Defects Controller at Bevan Group since November 2016. Prior to this role, Zoe worked at SMA Vehicle Remarketing from June 2011 to October 2016, where responsibilities included managing accounts and stock for various clients such as Motability and Sema Lease. Educational qualifications include an NCFE Customer Service Diploma obtained in 2018 from Walsall College, along with multiple GCSEs in English, Maths, and Science, as well as a qualification in Key Skills in Communication from Darlaston Community Science College.
