Penelope Brackett is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in coaching, training, and learning and development. As Founder and CEO of The Creative Seed LLC since 2005, Penelope designs and delivers services that include executive coaching, management training, and strategic facilitation for organizations. Currently serving as an Executive Leadership and Career Coach at BetterUp and Growthspace, Penelope focuses on leadership development and team collaboration across various industries. Previous roles include Global Content Manager at Randstad RiseSmart, where Penelope led content strategy for career development across 20 countries, and Senior Consultant positions at Lee Hecht Harrison and CorpTalk, LLC, specializing in career transitions and team development. Penelope holds a Master of Fine Arts from Brandeis University and additional coaching credentials from Coach U and a B.F.A. in Theatre Arts from Santa Fe University of Art and Design.
