Kimberlie (Kim) Izaguirre-Merlos is an experienced Executive Leadership Coach with over a decade at How We Won Coaching & Consulting, specializing in coaching owners, partners, boards, and executive-level professionals. Currently, Kim serves as a Premier Fellow Coach at BetterUp and has also held various coaching roles within the organization. A freelance sports reporter for NPR from 2014 to 2016, Kim has a strong background in performance coaching, previously working with the Women Success Program at Washington State University. Kim holds a Bachelor of Science in Psychology and a Master of Science in Organizational Leadership from Washington State University and Eastern Washington University, respectively.
