Ross Florance is an accomplished culinary professional with extensive experience in high-end dining establishments. Since March 2015, Ross has served as the Executive Chef at Betterment, demonstrating leadership and expertise in kitchen operations. Prior roles include Chef de Partie at renowned restaurants Per Se and Le Bernardin from 2012 to 2015 and 2009 to 2011, respectively. Ross also honed skills as Chef de Partie at Bouchon from 2007 to 2009 and completed an externship at the same establishment in 2006. Ross holds an Associate's degree in Culinary Arts from The Culinary Institute of America, earned between 2005 and 2007.
