Joni Pepin is currently the VP of Engineering, Internal and Platform at Betterment. They have extensive experience in leading software, data, and security engineers in building and maintaining cloud infrastructure and application platforms. Before Betterment, Joni worked at Google Developers Group as a Chapter Organizer and at Capital One as the Director, Head of Mobile Platform Engineering. They have also held roles at QuickCarl, Inc., Research Innovations Incorporated, United States Naval Academy, and the United States Marine Corps. Joni holds a Master of Science in Computer Science from the Naval Postgraduate School.
