Gavin Kennedy currently serves as an FP&A Manager at Betterment since July 2023. Prior to this role, Gavin worked at Jefferies from November 2018 to May 2023 as an Equity Research Senior Associate, focusing on TMT - Auto Tech & Connected Mobility, and previously held the position of Equity Research Associate. Gavin's career began at Eaton Vance, where roles included Client Reporting Supervisor and Data Reporting Analyst from August 2015 to November 2018. Earlier experience includes positions as a Consultant and Analyst at Kantar Millward Brown - Analytics Practice from June 2013 to August 2015. Gavin holds a Bachelor of Science in Leadership/Management with a minor in Human Development from Boston College, completed in 2013, and attended Instituto di Dante Alighieri Parma in 2012.
