Ingo Heß has a diverse background in product management, user experience, and research. Starting as a Co-Founder at Mevango GmbH, Ingo then went on to work as a Senior UX Consultant at Leanovate GmbH. Ingo also held roles as a Senior UX Designer at companies like Spreadshirt and 1&1 Internet AG. In their current position at bettermarks GmbH, Ingo serves as a Product Manager for the Workbook, as well as the Head of User Experience and a Researcher. Ingo's educational background includes a degree in Visual Communication from BTK Hochschule für Gestaltung.
