Guillermo Alejandro Zarate is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in leadership and entrepreneurship. Currently serving as the Leader of Customer Benefits, Head of Purpose Global, and Head of Partnerships Ecuador at Betterfly since May 2022, Zarate previously held the role of Kairos Fellow at Kairos from April 2018 to February 2023, where the focus was on cultivating the next generation of leaders in technology and analytics. As the CEO and co-founder of Cuestionarix from March 2014 to May 2022, Zarate led the first online education platform in the country, achieving 500,000 registered users aimed at preparing students for standardized tests. Educational qualifications include a Young Business Program and a Future Executives Program from IDE Business School, as well as a degree in Business Administration from Universidad de Las Américas (EC).
