Justas Pačekajus has a diverse background in various roles within the IT industry. Justas started their career as a Help Desk Analyst at CSC, where they communicated with clients and analyzed software and hardware issues. Justas then worked as an IT specialist at AS "Bigbank", where they detected and solved software and hardware issues and maintained the company's network devices and technical assets.

Justas then gained experience as a UNIX System Administrator at Barclays Technology Centre Lithuania, supporting AIX, Red Hat, HP-UX, and Solaris operating systems. Justas managed monitoring and incident systems, as well as administration over Unix/Linux file systems and network services.

Justas then joined Danske Bank Lithuania as an IT Security Administrator before transitioning to a role as a Linux Platform Engineer. At Danske Bank, they focused on IT security administration and Linux platform engineering.
