Prior experience includes roles at Women In Need, Inc. and Medgar Evers College, CUNY, focusing on health and wellness frameworks, benefits administration, and HR consulting for non-profits. Previously, roles at Unilever, The Madison Square Garden Company, Viacom, Mount Sinai Health System, and Catholic Health Services provided extensive experience in benefits management across various industries. Academic credentials include a Master of Arts in Industrial and Organizational Psychology and dual Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and African Studies, all from Hofstra University.
