Ajay Awasthi is an experienced professional in the field of capital markets, currently serving as the Director of the Pricing Desk at Better since November 2014, previously holding the position of Senior Manager in the same department. Ajay's career includes roles such as Secondary Markets Manager and Senior Team Lead, as well as experience as an Underwriter in the US residential mortgage sector. Prior to joining Better, Ajay worked as a Mortgage Underwriter at Assimilate Solutions India Pvt Ltd and as a Mortgage Pre Underwriter at Oracle in Financial Services. Ajay holds an MBA in Business/Commerce from Indraprastha University and a B.Com in Commerce from Delhi University.
