Richard Brass currently serves as Chair at Figurative since August 2024 and holds the position of Managing Director and Co-Head of Sustainable Capital at Rothschild & Co since January 2023. As a Co-Founder of ReGenerate since January 2020, Richard also contributes to Better Society Capital as a member of the Advisory Board since May 2019. In addition, Richard has been Director at The Guy Foundation since October 2018 and has served as Founder and Vice Chairman at Impact Ventures UK since September 2012. Richard holds the position of Director at the Montpelier Foundation (UK) since February 2011 and is a member of the Advisory Council for the London Philharmonic Orchestra since December 2012. From April 2016 to September 2024, Richard acted as Chairman of the Investment Committee for the Arts Impact Fund and Arts and Culture Impact Fund. Previously, Richard was Head of Wealth and Asset Management UK at Berenberg from June 2011 to January 2023.
