Drew Ritchie is an accomplished professional in the fields of investment and monitoring & evaluation with extensive experience in both strategic leadership and hands-on roles. Currently serving as Investment Director at Big Society Capital since September 2018, Drew previously held the position of Investment Manager. Prior experience includes Head of Evaluation at both Prince's Trust International and The Prince's Trust, where Drew led impact measurement initiatives and M&E system design. Earlier roles at ActionAid involved serving as Monitoring and Evaluation Adviser for a multi-country consortium and working within the international M&E unit. Additional experience includes positions at SCORE Foundation, ActionAid, Which?, and Freshsight, complemented by an academic background in International Development and Economics from the University of Glasgow.
