Weiner has held various advisory board positions at multiple organizations, including Arvus International, Keep Financial Technologies, Inc., and Karus, Inc. Weiner previously worked as Chief Operating Officer and General Counsel at Code Advisors and Chief Administrative Officer & General Counsel at Explorer Acquisitions. Prior roles include Partner & General Counsel at Qatalyst Partners and Director at Silver Lake Credit. Weiner earned a JD from the University of Virginia School of Law and holds a BA in American Government and Religious Studies from the University of Virginia.
