Josephine Flood is a seasoned visual communications professional with extensive experience in the renewable energy and design sectors. Currently serving as Senior Manager of Visual Communications at Better Energy since October 2021, Josephine has previously held positions including Visual Communications Manager and Designer within the same organization, focusing on green energy initiatives. Prior to Better Energy, Josephine worked as a Graphic Designer at Locavore CIC, where skills in e-commerce UI and sustainable design were developed. Additional experience includes roles as Communications Designer at Witteveen+Bos, Creative Designer at Solent Group, and Graphic Designer at fatBuzz. Josephine's early career included a temporary Graphic Design Assistant role at the University of Glasgow and a Junior Designer position at Solent Group, where foundational skills in packaging and print were established. Josephine holds a BA Hons in 3D Design (sustainable product design) from Falmouth University.
