Adele Bugge Norman Pran is an accomplished board member and leader with extensive experience in various sectors. Currently serving on the Board of Directors for Better Energy, and as a board member for Argentum Asset Management, Bane NOR, HitecVision, Motor Gruppen AS, and B2Holding ASA, Adele also holds the position of Chairwoman at ABG Sundal Collier Stiftelsen - Women in Finance. Additionally, serving on the Strategic Advisory Board for Boards Impact Forum, Adele actively promotes climate governance initiatives. Notably, Adele has owned Betnik AS since 2009 and has taken on the role of Chairman of the Board for Zalaris. Academically, Adele holds a Master in Law from the University of Oslo, a CPA from the Norwegian School of Economics, and has completed a Business Sustainability Management course at the University of Cambridge.
