Marcela Robel is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in various roles across multiple organizations. Currently serving as a People & Culture Partner at Better Cotton since March 2023, Marcela oversees HR functions across several countries, focusing on recruitment, onboarding, employee experience, and process improvement. Prior to this role, Marcela held the position of HR and Operations Senior Associate at Gold Standard, where responsibilities included HR documentation, policy development, and performance management. Marcela's career began as an HR Assistant at Alliance Group and includes roles in human resources and recruitment management in other organizations, demonstrating a consistent commitment to enhancing HR processes and employee engagement. Academic qualifications include a Master's degree in Human Resources Management from EUDE Business School and a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from UNIMINUTO Colombia, complemented by an academic exchange at Universidade Federal de Minas Gerais and studies in languages at Universidad de Antioquia.
