Jovana Jordanov currently serves as a Junior Compliance Specialist and Junior Market Analyst at Better Collective since August 2022. In addition to their role at Better Collective, Jovana has been a Teaching Associate and Student Mentor at the Pravni fakultet Univerziteta u Nišu since October 2020, where Jovana mentored a team of three students in collaboration with a professor and other teams during a training focused on the practical application of the Convention of Human Rights and Basic Freedoms. Jovana completed studies at the University of Niš from 2015 to 2022.
