Ema Arandjelovic is a seasoned professional in commercial operations and app campaigns, currently serving as Senior App Campaigns Supervisor for North America at Better Collective since October 2021. Ema has held various roles within the company, including Commercial Operations Manager and Partner Operations Assistant in Paid Media. Between October 2016 and June 2022, Ema operated as an entrepreneur. Ema's experience also includes project involvement with AEGEE-Niš from October 2020 to January 2022, a participation in a Coca-Cola HBC summership in July 2021, and being part of the Compass program at Delta Holding from July 2020 to February 2021. Ema holds a Bachelor's degree in Business/Managerial Economics from The Faculty of Economics, completed in 2021, and attended The School of Economics in Niš from 2013 to 2017.
