Brenden Faassen has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Brenden started their career as a Building Attendant at Sutton Park Recreational Center in 2013, where they managed daily operations, supervised community rental events, and tutored kids in afternoon programs. In 2017, Brenden transitioned to the role of a Customer Account Representative at American Honda Finance Corporation, where they provided exceptional customer service, addressed customer inquiries, and resolved account delinquency. Brenden quickly advanced to Mid-Collections due to their stellar work performance. In 2018, Brenden joined Better Car People as a Dealer Success Specialist, managing over 250 active accounts and proposing new products to promote efficiency. Brenden also coordinated appointments, reviewed account items quarterly, and contributed to departmental discussions. In 2019, Brenden took on the role of a Product Support Specialist at Better Car People, swiftly addressing system issues, maintaining communication with dealership personnel, and taking inbound calls/emails related to system issues.
