Cynthea Olgren has over 18 years of work experience. Cynthea began their career in 2003 as Manager/Barista at Stomping Grounds Cafe, where they managed the coffee shop, served customers as a barista, and coordinated events. In 2005, they moved to Alltel as a Greeter/Sales Rep. In 2007, they joined Bay Shore Camp as a Marketing Director, where they were responsible for graphic design, event planning, sound tech, overseeing the website and social media sites, marketing and promoting, photography, and more. In 2011, they became a Pastry Chef at Bavarian Inn Restaurant. In 2014, they worked at Prost Winebar and Charcuterie as a Chef, at Gap Inc./Outlet as a Customer Service Representative, and at Emil Rummel Agency as a Systems and Marketing Specialist and Data Entry. Currently, they are employed as a Customer Success Manager at Better Agency.
Cynthea Olgren attended Grand Valley State University from 1997 to 2000, studying Communications. Cynthea obtained their Customer Success Manager Certified Professional certification from Gainsight in January 2022, and their Advanced Customer Success Manager Certified Professional certification from Gainsight in September 2022.
