Tyler Nauman has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Tyler is currently serving as the Head Wrestling Coach at Bethel Park School District since 2022. In 2019, they worked as a Claims Manager at Cigna and a Claims Analyst at New York Life Insurance Company. As early as 2013, Tyler founded and coached the Team Nauman Wrestling Club, which has become highly competitive with two locations and teams that compete nationwide. Tyler also worked at Quest School of Wrestling as an Assistant Coach from 2020 to 2022. In addition, Tyler has held positions as an Assistant Coach at Seton Hill University, a Volunteer Assistant Wrestling Coach at the University of Pittsburgh, and an Assistant Wrestling Coach at South Park School District. Prior to their coaching career, they worked as a Laborer at Costa Excavation & Paving and served as a Counselor at The Academy.

Tyler Nauman completed their Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Communications at the University of Pittsburgh from 2007 to 2012. Tyler then pursued a Master's degree in Sports Management at Drexel University from 2012 to 2015. Prior to their university studies, they attended Middletown Area High School from 2004 to 2007. Later, in 2017 to 2019, they obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Business Administration and Management, General from Seton Hill University.
