Rebecca Luzier has a diverse work experience in various roles related to lacrosse coaching and education. Rebecca started their career as an Assistant W. Lacrosse Coach at University High School in 2002 and continued in that role until 2008. In 2006, they worked as a Language Arts Teacher at Monongalia County Schools for a year. From 2007 to 2008, they served as a Graduate Teaching Assistant at the College of Human Resources and Education. Additionally, they were a Doctoral Intern at the same institution from August to December 2007. In 2009, they joined Bethel Park School District as the Head Girls Lacrosse Coach at Bethel Park High School, where they focused on reintroducing the varsity girls' lacrosse program and implementing various strategies to enhance the team's performance. Lastly, in 2010, they became the Director of Winner's Edge Lacrosse, LLC, where they oversaw the operations of the company.
Rebecca Luzier has a Bachelor of Arts degree in English from West Virginia University, which they completed in 2006. Rebecca then pursued a Masters of Arts degree in Secondary Education from the same university, which they completed in 2006 as well. Later, they obtained a Masters of Arts degree in Higher Education Leadership from West Virginia University, finishing in 2013.
