Crystal Holliday, CPA, MST has over 18 years of work experience in finance and accounting roles. Crystal currently serves as the Chief Financial Officer at Bethany House Services, where they are responsible for providing accounting, budgetary, operational, and programmatic support to all agency programs and activities. Prior to that, Crystal was the VP of Finance at Meals on Wheels of Southwest Ohio & Northern Kentucky, where they oversaw accounting and billing operations and ensured compliance with funding requirements. Crystal has also held positions as CFO and Controller at Cincinnati Area Senior Services, where they managed budgets, conducted financial reporting, and implemented cash-flow monitoring and evaluation processes. Earlier in their career, Crystal worked as an Accountant at the City of Cincinnati and held various roles, including AP/AR/Payroll Clerk, Billing Specialist, and Representative Payee Technician at Cincinnati Area Senior Services. Crystal brings a strong background in financial management and strategic planning to their current role as CFO.

Crystal Holliday, CPA, MST has a strong educational background in accounting and tax law. Crystal completed their Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Accounting from the University of Cincinnati from 2008 to 2012. Prior to that, they obtained an Associate's degree in Pre-Business Administration from the same university, attending from 2006 to 2008. Crystal then pursued further specialization in their field by completing a Master of Science degree in Tax Law/Taxation from the University of Cincinnati between 2013 and 2015. Additionally, Crystal holds a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) designation, indicating their advanced knowledge and expertise in accounting.
