Elshaday Getaneh is an experienced Human Resources professional currently serving as the Human Resources Manager at Bethany Christian Services since March 2023. Prior to this role, Elshaday held the position of Head-HR Planning and Training Section at Berhan Bank from September 2015 to February 2023. Experience also includes various Human Resources roles at the Ethiopian Ministry of Industry between January 2013 and September 2015, as well as Human Resources positions within the Engineering Capacity Building Program from April 2012 to January 2013. Elshaday holds a Master of Arts in Development Management from Addis Ababa University, obtained in 2015, and a Bachelor of Arts in Public Administration and Development Management from the same institution, completed in 2011.
