Aline Aparecida Gabriel Redivo is an experienced support analyst currently employed at Betha Sistemas since February 2021, where responsibilities include user support in Planning and Accounting, addressing inquiries, and assisting users with financial reporting for the state of Santa Catarina. Prior to this role, Aline worked as a support assistant, focusing on user assistance and issue resolution. Earlier experience includes positions at Eliane Revestimentos as a Ceramic Technician, responsible for the release of materials for production, and as a Ceramic Technician Apprentice, studying the reuse of materials in ceramic products. Aline holds a degree in Computer Science from Universidade do Extremo Sul Catarinense and completed a Creative Re-Learning course at Keep Learning School. Aline also possesses a technical qualification in ceramics from Colégio Maximiliano Gaidzinski.
