Will Decaneas is an accomplished senior healthcare administrator currently serving as Vice President of Cancer Services at Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center since May 2023. With extensive experience in cancer service line leadership, Will held the role of Executive Director of Cancer Service Line at Tufts Medical Center from February 2021 to April 2023, where responsibilities included business planning and operational oversight. Previously, Will served in various capacities at Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center, including Administrative Director of the Cancer Center and Divisions of Hematology and Genetics, where oversight of cancer center functions and clinical research was key. Additional experiences include board membership at AIDG and roles in education and healthcare management. Will holds a Master of Liberal Arts in Management from Harvard University and a Bachelor of Arts from Boston University.
