Nicole Yeomans, MS, RD, is a Clinical Dietitian currently working at Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center, commencing in September 2023. With a solid educational foundation including a Master's degree in Nutritional Sciences in Dietetics and a Bachelor of Science in Nutrition from the University of New Hampshire, Nicole is actively engaged in a 10-month clinically focused dietetic internship at BIDMC, preparing for the RD exam scheduled for September 2024. Previous experiences include roles as a Cooking Instructor at the YMCA of Greater Boston, a Graduate Teaching Assistant at the University of New Hampshire, and various positions in nutrition support at Northeast Rehabilitation Hospital Network and Elliot Hospital. Nicole has developed strong practical skills and knowledge through diverse positions in the food service and nutrition fields.
