Suzanne Church (nee Rowark) is a highly experienced digital marketing professional with a strong background in CRM. Currently serving as Head of UK Digital Marketing and Head of CRM at Betfred since February 2021, Suzanne previously held the position of CRM Director at ActiveWin Media from September 2016 to February 2021. Other notable roles include CRM Manager at TalkTalk Business from December 2011 to August 2016 and Senior Selections & Analysis Manager at Bank of America from January 2003 to October 2010, where responsibilities included ownership of cash marketing testing strategies. Suzanne started their career as a Research Analyst at the Institute of Chartered Accountants and as a Marketing Statistician at Readers Digest.
