Justin Betancur has extensive experience in the construction and housing sectors. Since May 2014, Justin has held the positions of General Manager and Construction Manager at Betenbough Homes, contributing to various aspects of residential construction management. Prior to this role, Justin served as a Sub-standard Housing Inspector with the City of Lubbock from 2007 to 2012, where responsibilities included assessing housing conditions and ensuring compliance with safety standards. Justin's educational background includes studies at South Plains College.
