Hazel Zuniga is an experienced conversation designer currently working at Betcris since November 2019. Prior to this role, Hazel served as a customer service representative at SPC Software Services from October 2016 to November 2019. Additionally, Hazel completed a supervised teaching practicum as a preschool teacher at the Ministerio de Educación Pública de Costa Rica in 2018. Previous teaching positions include roles at Curious Minds and Kids World Montessori. Hazel holds a licentiate degree in education from Universidad San Marcos and a bachelor's degree in preschool education from Universidad Hispanoamericana (CR), along with a bachelor's degree in advertising design from Universidad Fidélitas.
