Nizam Makdoud is an experienced Applied Scientist at Jellysmack since October 2021, previously serving as an AI Research Scientist at Thales from February 2017 to September 2021, where research focused on Deep Learning and Deep Reinforcement Learning. Prior to this, Nizam worked as a Network System Engineer at Inria in the summer of 2016. Educational qualifications include a degree in Practical Data Science on the AWS Cloud and Machine Learning Engineering for Production from Coursera, as well as a Master 2 in Ingénierie Contrôle des systèmes, automatique from Ecole Nationale Supérieure d'Electricité et de Mécanique (ENSEM) and further studies at Université Laval.
