Greg Cangialosi has a diverse work experience spanning several industries and roles.

In 1996, they served as the President & CEO of Missing Link Media Productions, Inc, where they organized and produced various concert events in the Baltimore / DC metropolitan area. Greg also provided contract production and event management services for other organizations.

From 2000 to 2001, Greg worked as the Director of Business Development at zerotoeighty, inc.

Starting in 2001 until 2011, they held the position of President & CEO at Blue Sky Factory, Inc, a leading email service provider. Greg was responsible for sales, marketing, and business development, as well as developing market strategy and long-term vision.

In 2011, Greg became the Managing Member of Baltimore Angels, an angel investor group focused on investing in early-stage innovators in the Greater Baltimore region.

In 2012, they co-founded Betamore, an award-winning coworking space and campus for technology and entrepreneurship. At Betamore, they served as the Chairman and was involved in stimulating the growth of technology-based startup companies and offering career-focused education.

Since 2019, Greg has been a Venture Partner at Early Light Ventures, and they currently hold the position of Managing Partner at Olive Ventures, a venture studio inside Olive. Olive Ventures connects big ideas in healthcare with builders (founders) and develops disruptive companies in the healthcare industry.
