Sazzad Hossain started their work experience in 2011 as an intern at Square Pharmaceuticals Limited. Sazzad then moved on to become the Managing Director at Sport Ex in the same year. In 2018, they joined Cimplux as the Chief Operating Officer, and in 2022, they became the Chief Operating Officer at Betafore.

Sazzad Hossain attended Primeasia University from 2007 to 2011, where they pursued a Bachelor of Pharmacy (B.Pharm.) degree. During their time at Primeasia University, they studied subjects such as Pharmaceutical Chemistry, Pharmaceutical Engineering, and Pharmacology. Prior to their university education, Sazzad Hossain also attended Manarat Dhaka International School, although no specific degree or field of study information is available for this period.
