Shannon Terry is an experienced insurance professional with a robust background in claims management and professional liability. Currently serving as the Director of Claims for BETA Healthcare Group since April 2017, Shannon has previously held the position of Branch Manager at NORCAL Mutual Insurance Company from February 2012 to April 2017. Prior to that, Shannon worked as a Claims Specialist at BETA Healthcare Group and held multiple roles at NORCAL Mutual Insurance Company, including Branch Manager and Claims Supervisor. Shannon holds a degree from California State University, Fullerton, obtained between 1989 and 1993.
