Adam Besagno, Esq., CPHRM, is a legal professional with extensive experience in litigation and insurance defense. Currently serving as a Senior Professional Liability Representative at BETA Healthcare Group since July 2017, Adam has previously held positions as an Associate Attorney at Manning & Kass, Ellrod, Ramirez, Trester LLP, where responsibilities included complex civil litigation and general insurance defense. Adam managed a full litigation caseload focused on medical malpractice at Reback, McAdrews, Kjar, Warford, Stockalper & Moore, LLP, and oversaw civil litigation cases related to construction defects at Hammons & Baldino, LLP. Earlier experience includes a role as a Case Manager at the Center for Conflict Resolution, where Adam facilitated mediations and managed case intakes. Adam holds a Juris Doctor from Loyola Law School and a Bachelor of Arts in Public Relations from Gonzaga University.
