Jiong Zhou is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in operations management across multiple companies. Currently a lifetime member of Beta Gamma Sigma since 2007, Jiong served as Site Director and Head of Global BSA Operations at RFS - Radio Frequency Systems from October 2015 to May 2023. Responsibilities included overseeing site operations for three product lines, global BSA operation, and team reorganization to optimize RFS China operations. Prior roles include Plant Director at RFS, Plant Service Director at Danfoss Power Solutions, Plant Manager at Shanghai Winkelmann Longchuan Motorcomponents Co., Ltd, and Senior Production Manager at Vishay Semiconductor Shanghai Co., Ltd. Jiong holds an EMBA in Business Administration from The University of Texas at Arlington, a Master of Science in Radio Physics, and a Bachelor of Science in Applied Physics from Shanghai University.
