Ashley Befort began their career in 2012 as an Associate at Harris Teeter. In 2015, they joined BETA Fueling Systems as a Quality Control and Field Services Support and a Mechanical Assembler. In their role as Quality Control and Field Services Support, Ashley was responsible for approving incoming materials, in-process production, and finished products; returning products for re-work; documenting and updating inspection results; maintaining measurement equipment; coaching and mentoring junior employees; updating job knowledge; and accomplishing organization mission.

Ashley Befort has completed three certificates in their education history. In 2018, they received a Certificate in DOT 406 Cargo Tank Inspection and Testing from AID, Inc. Ashley also received a Certificate in Effective Problem Solving and Root Cause Analysis from North Carolina State University in 2018. Additionally, they have a Certificate in CNA from Rockingham Community College.
