Joyce Quinzel is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in merchandising and eCommerce operations. Currently serving as Senior Manager of Merchandising and eCommerce Operations at Best Friends Animal Society since July 2016, Joyce successfully re-platformed and redesigned the organization’s website. Previously, Joyce held several key positions at Backcountry.com, including Senior Merchandise Planner and Planning Manager, consistently achieving a 5% annual revenue growth while managing financial plans and strategic decisions. At Nautica, Joyce contributed to innovations in reporting and forecasting as Retail Analyst, and at Tommy Hilfiger, Joyce held various roles, including Associate Merchandise Planner and Allocation Manager, where responsibilities included planning, forecasting sales, and managing a team. Joyce holds an Associate's degree in Business Administration and Management from Gibbs College.
