Ivan Seka is an accomplished operations and business management professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles. Currently serving as the Director of Operations at BEST Energy Kenya since January 2021, Ivan oversees daily operations and collaborates with executives to optimize strategies for achieving company goals. Previous experience includes serving as Operations Director & EnCo Consultant at Alcove Ltd, where Ivan identified energy efficiency opportunities for diverse organizations and developed tailored frameworks. Ivan also held positions as Regional Sales Manager at Club Manager East Africa, founder of Seka Marketing Consultancy, and General Manager at SafeBox Kenya. Education includes a degree in Politics and International Relations with Business Management from the University of Kent.
