Sagar Agrawal, CFA, FRM has a diverse work experience in the finance industry. Sagar started their career as a Consultant at EXL in 2013 and later became a Consultant II. In 2015, they joined Citi as a VP, Credit and Risk Loss Forecasting Analyst, and later became a VP, Modeling, Scoring & Analysis Manager. In 2017, Sagar co-founded a fintech startup called Citi Ventures. Sagar then joined Fair Square Financial, LLC in 2018 as a Director, where they held two roles: Director, Modeling and Director, Acquisition Credit Policy. In 2021, Sagar joined Ally as a Director, Credit Risk - Targeting and Acquisition Strategy. Currently, they are working at Best Egg as the Senior Director Credit - Growth Strategy.

Sagar Agrawal, CFA, FRM, pursued a B.Tech + M.Tech degree in Manufacturing Science and Engineering, as well as Industrial Engineering and Management from the Indian Institute of Technology, Kharagpur. In October 2022, they obtained the Certified Financial Risk Manager (FRM) certification from the Global Association of Risk Professionals (GARP), as well as the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) certification from the CFA Institute.
