Ken Hood is a seasoned professional in the custom installation and project management sectors, currently serving as the Custom Lead Installer at Best Buy since October 2023. Previously, Ken held multiple roles at Good Wood Nashville, including Operations Manager and Production Manager, contributing to the company's reputation as Tennessee’s premier artisanal flooring and furniture design firm. Ken's extensive experience at Best Buy, from July 2016 to January 2022 as a Project Manager, encompassed overseeing project schedules, finances, and a team of installers and sales personnel. Additional expertise includes managing the AV department at Beacon Technologies and performing high-level installations and programming at Interactive Systems Inc. Ken's education includes a High School Diploma and training in CAD/CADD Drafting and Design Technology.
