Johnny Arias has over two decades of experience in retail operations and management, primarily with Best Buy since April 2001. Currently serving as Associate Vice President, Johnny has held various leadership roles within the company, including Senior Director of Pilot Field Operating Model, Director of Corporate Omnichannel Operations, District Manager, District Sales Manager, General Manager, and Sales Manager. Prior to Best Buy, Johnny worked at Toys R Us from 1997 to 2001 as a Department Supervisor.
