Guillermo Rodriguez Burgos is an experienced professional in maintenance and supply chain management with a career spanning over two decades. Currently serving as Maintenance Manager Part145 at BESSEL since November 2024, Guillermo previously held key supply chain quality and management roles at ALESTIS AEROSPACE from January 2016 to January 2025. Prior experience includes positions at EXPAL (MAXAM Group) where Lean Manufacturing systems were implemented, and at Alestis Aerospace, overseeing SAP parametrization, production coordination, and various management responsibilities grounded in Lean principles. Guillermo started the professional journey at Calderinox as Project Chief, focusing on client needs and project oversight.
