Mark Michaelis has extensive experience in design and development management. Mark is currently the Head of Design at Watpac Limited, a position they have held since October 2019. Prior to this, they worked at Sunland Group as a Design & Development Manager from March 2015 to October 2019, and as a Development Manager from August 2013 to March 2015. Mark also worked as a Design Manager at Enshaa PSC from January 2012 to August 2013, and at Emirates Sunland Group from April 2008 to January 2012. Before that, Mark was a Design Manager at KLING CONSULT GmbH from April 2006 to April 2008.

Mark Michaelis completed their Bachelor's Degree in Architecture at HSB Hochschule Bremen – City University of Applied Sciences from 1999 to 2004. During the same period, they also earned a Diplom-Ingenieurin (Dipl.Ing.) in Architecture from Hochschule Bremen. Additionally, in January 2023, Mark became a committee member at the Property Council of Australia.
