Wilfrith van der Meer has extensive experience in project management and leadership within the construction industry. Currently serving as Project Directeur at BESIX NL since January 2020, Wilfrith's prior roles include owning WT Management BV for interim management and project management from October 2019 to January 2020, and holding various directorial positions at Van Hattum en Blankevoort from October 2010 to October 2019. Wilfrith began a career at Ballast Nedam, progressing from management trainee to bedrijfsleider before leaving in October 2010. Academically, Wilfrith holds a Master of Science in Civil Engineering from Delft University of Technology and completed further studies at Nyenrode Business University between 2012 and 2013.
