Marta Garcia Lluch is an experienced professional in talent management and business development, currently serving as a Key Account Manager and Talent Agent at Beside Talent since February 2022. With over 20 years in the sector, Beside Talent focuses on the direct selection of specialized talent nationally and internationally, as part of Between Technology. Prior to this role, Marta coordinated talent and career services at EDEM Escuela de Empresarios, managing selection processes and maintaining relationships with companies. Marta's experience also includes technical selection consulting at Grupo Norte and research support at the Universitat de València, where projects focused on social stress and cognitive performance. Additionally, Marta has served as a sleep psychologist at Instituto de Medicina del Sueño & Nutrición and as a sports psychologist for Villarreal CF. Marta holds multiple degrees, including a Bachelor's in Psychology from the University of Valencia and a Master's in Human Resources from Universidad Europea Miguel de Cervantes.
